Women's Tales is an ongoing short film series created by fashion brand Miu Miu. All the films in the series are created by female film directors. The Wedding Singer’s Daughter is a film directed by Haifaa Al-Mansour. Set in 1980s Saudi Arabia, the film offers a glimpse into the hidden world of women when not inhibited by the presence of the male gaze.
Women’s Tales 는 패션 브랜드 MIUMIU(미우미우) 에서 진행하는 단편 영화 시리즈이다. 시리즈의 모든 작품은 전 세계 여성 감독들이 제작한 영화이다. The Wedding Singer’s Daughter 은 Haifaa Al-Mansour 감독이 1980년 사우디 아라비아를 배경으로 한 영화로, 남성적 응시에 만들어진 여성의 모습이 아닌, 히잡 속에 가려진 여성의 진짜 모습을 보여준다.
