Onjium (Korean Culture Foundation) conducts a culinary lab in Richelieu, France in 2017 and 2019. The lab opened a pop-up restaurant/workshop in Richelieu for two weeks to reinterpret Korean palace cuisine with french ingredients and introduce Korean culinary culture to the french table.
